SHIPPING / SALES

 

— We are a very small team, for quality assurance we try our best to ship orders within two weeks

 

— Large furniture items are available only for local pickup. 

 

— If there is an inventory issue and an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

RETURN / EXCHANGE / CANCELATION

 

All sales are final.

— Returns are allowed for exchange and/or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Shipping/customs costs are not refundable. Please contact us to see if your order is eligible for exchange.

 

— Customs, duties, and associated taxes for international orders are the sole responsibility of the client. 

 

PICKUP ORDERS

 

— You are free to pick up your online order any time during our business hours. No need let us know you're coming, can't wait to see you!
